Requirements for Animators and Riggers

  • 4 years or more experience with Unreal Engine 4's animation pipeline.

  • Experience with an auxilary software such as FaceWare or equivalent.

  • Understanding of topology and human body forms including faces.

  • Deep knowledge about IK/FK mechanics.

  • Understanding of skinning and blendshapes(morph targets).

  • Intermediate level sculpting skills for morph targets.

  • Experience with loop, root motion, and in-place animations.

  • Ability to work with FOV and create animations for multiple points of views.

Requirements for Level Designers/Environmental Artists

  • 4 years or more experience with Unreal Engine 4's level design pipeline.

  • Experience with an auxilary software such as World Creator or equivalent.

  •  Deep understanding of lighting, particles, landscapes, foliages, and composition.

  • Deep knowledge regarding lighmaps, lightmasses, and shadows.

  • Detailed understanding of HLOD, LOD, and PBR materials.

  • 2 years or more experience with visual optimization in Unreal Engine 4.

  • High level modeling and sculpting skills for props and landscapes.

  • Ability to work with FOV and create both in-game and cinematic scenes.

Requirements for Programmers

  • 4 years or more experience with Unreal Engine 4's programming pipeline and Blueprints.

  • Experience with Git, GitHub, and Visual Studio.

  • 5 years or more experience with C++.

  • Deep knowledge of object oriented programming concepts.

  • Proficiency in algorithms and code architecture.

  • Debugging and optimization skills.

  • Understanding players’ needs in terms of gameplay mechanics in modern video games.

  • Understanding the components of modern video games (such as behaviour trees, skeletal animation, physics simulation, etc.) and specializing in at least one of them.

  • At least one game shipped whether or not it is indie.
